He is Alive!

During the Easter season, we take the time to remember the most important events of human history: the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  This is the core of the gospel message.

We worship a risen Savior.  HE IS ALIVE!  Do you really believe that?  Do you live as if He is alive?   He is still saving people, healing people, and setting people free.  He is still restoring lives and bringing light into the darkness.  He still brings the good news, that we can be reconciled to God and have eternal life in Him, having our sins washed away as we repent and believe.

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”
Hebrews 13:8

Jesus is not just an idea or a philosophy.  He is a Person, and HE IS ALIVE!  He came into human history, lived a perfect life, died on the cross, and rose from the grave.  He is now seated at the right hand of God, and soon He will come again.

I encourage you to live like Jesus is alive.  I encourage you to remember the cross and the resurrection, not just in this season but every single day.
